The new generation of network-based automation control system launched by Xinhua Group―TiSNet-XDC800 Xinhua digital control system, is a high-quality distributed control system representing the characteristics of the fourth generation of DCS. Other than having Xinhua control unit XCU consisting of 32 bit CPU as the core, it also uses I/O modules of 80 series and OnXDC(visual graphic configuration software) developed by Xinhua to constitute technical platforms for processes of different scales. According to requirements of different industrial field environments, it can be flexibly equipped with Xinhua controller, HMI, I/O modules of 80 series, communication network, and Ethernet switch to form a DCS system of ring structure or star structure. The overall structure of TisNet-XDC800 represents the platform construction idea of division by groups, floors and blocks, so the platform is divided into technical support platform of components and object-oriented application platform. The distributed realtime database is shared through LAN( server not required). There would be no “bottleneck” problems during the communication process normally existing in DCS system for server configuration.
